Future Engineering in Lincoln is seeking a Machine Operator to join a world‑leading manufacturer of precision components for aerospace and automotive clients. You will operate forge and precision manufacturing machinery, perform quality checks and follow production processes on rotating 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with training provided.

The Successful Machine Operator Will Have:

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working in engineering, heavy industry, food manufacturing, FMCG, recycling, plastics, packaging, automotive, steel, timber or similar industries.
• Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Commutable to the Lincoln area.
