Job summary

MET Recruitment UK Ltd is recruiting a Machine Operator for an established client in the Kingswinford area. You will operate production machinery, prepare and pack food products, and adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

Working hours are 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with a potential permanent position after a probation period. The role requires reliable, punctual candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a GMP-compliant production line.

• Support line changeovers and cleaning activities.

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator for an established client based in the Kingswinford area.

The successful candidate can potentially be taken on permanently after a successful probation period.

Duties

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly
• Prepare, process, and pack food products according to specifications
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Support line changeovers and cleaning activities
• Report equipment faults, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work as part of a team to achieve production and operational goals
