Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting a Machine Operator for a busy food manufacturing operation in Barking. The role involves setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery, performing routine checks and minor fault-finding.

You will report faults, liaise with maintenance, and lead line staff to maintain workflow and meet targets. The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing, a solid grasp of food safety standards, and reliable numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts

The role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks and manual handling. PPE must be worn at all times.
