Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Production and Machine Operator in Bosham for a permanent role on a 4 on 4 off shift, 06:00-18:00. You will operate production and packaging machinery in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.13) with an annual equivalent around £27,076, 26 days of holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

Are you experienced in a food manufacturing or production environment and are looking for a new role? This Machine Operator position is based in Bosham on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 06:00-18:00. The role is permanent, paying £14.13 per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of approximately £27,076, with 26 days' holiday and a strong benefits package.

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating production and packaging equipment within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll operate machinery including ULMA flow wrapper machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently while maintaining the required food safety, quality and health & safety standards. You'll work as part of the production team to achieve daily output targets, maintain product quality and ensure equipment and the working area are kept to the required standards.

You will need:

• Previous experience within a food manufacturing, production or packaging environment
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery is desirable
• Good understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable and flexible approach to shift work
• Strong teamworking and communication skills
