Job summary

Omega Plc, a textile manufacturer based in Cam, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Machine Operator for the spinning department. The role is on double day shifts with a training period that leads to a permanent contract, in a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on high-quality textile production.

You will operate high-speed machines, perform quality checks, and maintain production standards while adapting quickly to tasks in a fast-paced setting. Previous manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organised, proactive and able to work efficiently under time pressures.

Location: Cam, Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £14.44 per hour

Working hours: Early shifts (Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00; Fri 06:00-13:00), Late shifts (Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00; Fri 13:00-20:00)

A leading Textile Manufacturer based in Cam, Dursley, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their spinning department. The position is full time on double day shifts and after training the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will join the spinning department, operating high-speed machines and ensuring all products meet pre-determined specifications. You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to high-quality textile production.
