Join our team at Kingspan Century in Ballyclare

Are you a motivated individual looking for a rewarding career in manufacturing? Kingspan Century is looking for a Machine Operator to join our Production team in Ballyclare.

What you’ll do:

As Machine Operator, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the machine is in good working order before use. Ensure all emergency stops and safety mechanisms are working correctly and that all safety guarding is in place.
• Ensure the machine is manufacturing product within the specified tolerance by carrying out a tolerance check every morning
• Train Operatives on the use of the machine.
• Conduct weekly preventative maintenance checks on the machine.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensure that you and the operatives are wearing the correct PPE at all times and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  

You will have:

• Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment.
• Experience in the operation of CNC machinery.
• Ability to carry out maintenance checks
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings
• Experience of working shifts.
• Basic understanding of touch screen technology
• Saw training is also preferred

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30
Friday 08:00 to 15:30
