Job summary

Masstemps Ltd is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring quality, packing finished products, and label preparation on a rotating day/night shift.

Full on-site training will be provided, with opportunities to join a well-established manufacturing business. Prior factory experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.
• Label products accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with other production duties as required.

• Assisting with other production duties as required.

Working Hours

7am - 5pm Mon - Thu

Rotating shift pattern.

Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
