Job summary

An established industry player is seeking experienced Machine Operatives for an exciting opportunity in Gloucester. This role offers a temporary to permanent position for the right candidates. You will be responsible for setting and operating cutting machines, working with materials, and ensuring production targets are met. Ideal candidates will have a good command of English and experience in a production environment. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team with a rotating work schedule that includes early finishes on Fridays.

• Previous exposure to a production environment preferred.

Machine Operative's - Gloucester, GL1 - Temporary to Permanent for the right person - £12.70 per hour - 37.5 hour week

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of experienced Machine Operatives to join a company based in Gloucester, on a temporary to permanent (for the right people).

** Hours required **

• Weekly rotating Monday to Thursday 6am til 2pm then the following week 2pm til 10 - Every Friday is an early finish

The role's will involve:

• Setting and Operating material cutting machines
• Working from production sheets (alphanumeric)
• Measuring materials: tape measures
• Working with chemicals
• Loading and unloading machinery
• Working to production targets

The successful Machine Operatives will need to have the following:

• A good level of English both written and verbal
• Previous exposure to a production environment
• Machine operating would be preferred
• Able to read measurements
