2nd Shift CNC Operator Opening!

Shift: 2:30pm-11pm

Pay: $19-22/hour

Overview:
CNC Machine Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines according to scheduled production orders, producing high-quality machined parts for industries such as Aerospace and Automotive. Equipment includes lathes, mills, grinders, and manual tools.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers effectively
  • Follow written procedures and work routers accurately
  • Dismantle jigs, tools, and specialized fixtures as needed
  • Manufacture tooling when necessary
  • Monitor dimensional and visual characteristics to maintain drawing specifications and identify non-conformances
  • Handle raw materials and hazardous waste safely and responsibly
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience in lieu of education)
  • Hands-on experience in CNC machining for mills, lathes, or grinding is required
  • Completion of CNC certification or training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid organizational abilities
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and flexibility for overtime work
  • Commitment to working safely and adhering to site policies, procedures, and environmental, health, and safety guidelines
