Job summary

Renford Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Machine Operative in Droitwich, Worcestershire. This hands-on role offers an immediate start and long-term potential, with full training provided and a temp-to-perm pathway.

You will operate Mach 3 plastic mold machines, handle up to 25kg loads, and ensure quality by trimming to specification while maintaining a safe workspace. Working hours are 06:00–14:00 Mon-Thu and 06:00–11:30 on Fridays, with overtime on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CNC or similar machinery.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mach 3 plastic mold machines in a team setting.
• Load/unload items up to 25kg.
• Trim products to specification.
• Machine setup for varied manufacturing outputs.
• Reporting faults and maintaining clean workspace.
• Following all health & safety protocols.

Working Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 11:30

Pay rate

• £12.75 per hour
• Overtime available:
• Saturdays: £19.13/hr
• Sundays: £25.50/hr
