Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting Production Operatives to join an established manufacturing business in the Horncastle area. This role works on a busy production line, packing finished products and performing quality checks, with a path to permanent employment after 12 weeks.

You will complete production paperwork, follow health and safety rules, and work with colleagues to sustain high production standards. Starting pay is £13.14 per hour, increasing to £16.38 per hour as training is completed.

Rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

What you will be doing

• Working on a busy production line to meet daily production targets.


• Packing finished products ready for dispatch.


• Carrying out quality checks and identifying any defects.


• Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high production standards.

Pay

• Starting pay of £13.14 per hour.


• Increased pay of £14.75-£16.38 per hour once fully trained.

Hours

You will work a rotating two-shift pattern:

• Early shift: 6:00am-2:00pm.


• Late shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm.
