Pure Staff are recruiting for a Machine Minder to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Loughborough. The role offers full training and a long-term opportunity within a reputable producer of condiments and seasonings across the UK.

As a Machine Minder you will monitor equipment, load materials, perform checks and support with line changeovers. The position involves manual handling and operating in a hygiene-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production machinery to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to specification.
• Set up, operate and adjust production equipment as required.
• Load raw materials and ingredients into machinery.
• Carry out routine machine checks and identify faults or issues.
