Описание: Faculty develops and deploys responsible AI for over 350 global customers, delivering human-centric solutions across government, finance, retail, energy, life sciences, and defence. Its Public Services Business Unit applies AI to improve government decision‑making, NHS operations, and bureaucratic processes.

Задачи

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable ML systems for production environments;
• Justify key architectural decisions;
• Drive the development of shared libraries and infrastructure for model deployment, lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Lead model integration with infrastructure by creating APIs and services for scalable AI functionality in applications;
• Oversee multiple complex workstreams and define project problems in high‑risk environments;
• Define testing frameworks and model versioning systems for senior engineers to implement;
• Manage and coach multiple individuals and set team‑wide development goals;
• Execute recommendations for adopting new technologies and AI frameworks.

Требования

• Expert ability to define technical roadmaps and manage project priorities for high‑stakes outcomes;
• Mastery of cloud‑native ecosystems and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes;
• Proven ability to design large‑scale AI‑powered platforms and justify critical architectural decisions;
• Expert‑level experience operationalising models with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch;
• Experience defining engineering standards and architecture patterns for agentic systems;
• Exceptional ability to align multidisciplinary technical teams with business objectives and customer needs;
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) may be required;
• Willingness to work on site with government clients from time to time.
