Design and implement agentic systems using RAG, grounding, prompt engineering, and orchestration on a GCP-first stack; Build and maintain production ML pipelines and services for recommender systems, customer segmentation, marketing optimisation, and other non-GenAI use cases; Develop secure, scalable, and observable APIs and microservices for AI/ML solutions; Implement CI/CD for ML services and infrastructure as code; Monitor model and data drift and performance; Establish guardrails for safe AI usage, including prompt security, evaluation frameworks, and privacy compliance; Contribute reusable components, documentation, and engineering best practices; Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, front-end and back-end engineers, and product managers; Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Требования:

• Strong Python engineering skills, including FastAPI, testing, and typing;
• Experience with cloud-native development, preferably GCP;
• Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI or equivalent platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML;
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK;
• Solid understanding of MLOps, including CI/CD, Terraform, experiment tracking, model registry, and monitoring;
• Experience deploying and operating batch and real-time ML systems in production;
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation techniques;
• Experience developing agentic capabilities, including agent skills, MCP servers, and tool usage;
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and governance principles, including IAM, secrets, and PII handling;
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Interest in evaluating AI technologies and contributing to build, buy, or configure decisions;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience;
• Nice to have: knowledge of vector databases and retrieval strategies, experience with recommender systems and ranking models, familiarity with LLM evaluation tools such as RAGAS, TruLens, LangSmith, or Arize, understanding of cloud networking and platform infrastructure, experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
