Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Mac OS Infrastructure Engineer to support a large End User Compute environment. You will lead the design, delivery, maintenance and improvement of macOS infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable end-user services.

Working with architects and engineers, you will resolve complex issues, support secure device management, and help scale services across multiple locations including London and Bristol.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering macOS environments, especially with Jamf Pro.
• Strong Windows administration including AD, SCCM and GPO.
• Experience managing mobile devices with MDM platforms.
• Good problem-solving and communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding security in end-user device infrastructure and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage macOS end-user devices with Jamf Pro.
• Act as escalation point and resolve live service issues.
• Create technical design and build docs for macOS infra.
• Provide cross-platform support across Windows and mobile devices.

Mac OS Infrastructure Engineer – End User Compute

We are seeking an experienced Mac OS Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale End User Compute environment.
You will take a lead role in the design, delivery, maintenance and improvement of macOS infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient end user device services. Working alongside technical architects and engineers, you will provide technical expertise, resolve complex issues and support wider infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage macOS end user devices, including administration through Jamf Pro.
• Act as a technical escalation point, undertaking root cause analysis and resolving live service issues.
• Produce technical design and build documentation for macOS infrastructure.
• Provide technical support across Windows and mobile device environments.
• Maintain and enhance the end user device platform, sharing knowledge across the engineering team.
• Manage infrastructure changes, change control and technical documentation.
• Support proactive maintenance, monitoring and service improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience administering and managing macOS environments, particularly Jamf Pro.
• Strong Windows administration experience, including Active Directory, SCCM and Group Policy.
• Experience managing mobile devices using platforms such as Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of technical security and its impact on end user device infrastructure.
• Experience implementing infrastructure changes and change control processes.
• Experience supporting infrastructure services across a large user base.
• Knowledge of proactive maintenance, monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Security Clearance: Active or eligible for SC clearance.
