Job summary

CV Screen Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer specializing in MacOS to join our Bristol team. The role combines Mac device management with Microsoft 365 administration in a largely Apple-based, cloud-first environment.

You will work on security, compliance, and ongoing improvements within a hybrid Bristol office setup. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jamf Pro or JumpCloud and strong Entra ID/Exchange Online skills, along with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Apple devices using an MDM tool (Jamf Pro or JumpCloud).
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams) including SSO.
• Customer-focused approach with solid security practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mac estate and device management platform alongside Microsoft 365.
• Act as first/second line support for IT issues, resolving quickly in plain English.
• Monitor security alerts, patching, backups, and device compliance.
• Maintain ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials documentation and assets.
• Manage licences, SaaS tools, and suggest improvements to systems.
