Adlib Recruitment seeks a Systems Administrator in Bristol to maintain Apple and Windows devices, Jamf Pro, and the Microsoft 365 suite. This role focuses on secure, reliable IT services to support a creative agency environment.

You will manage user access, patching, monitoring, and backups, ensure ISO27001 and GDPR compliance, and collaborate with the Head of IT on improvements and renewals. A hybrid work setup with three days in the Central Bristol office is expected.

Formación

• Experience supporting Apple devices with Jamf Pro or similar.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration incl Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience with cloud-first IT and supporting local/remote users.
• Understanding cloud identity and security, incl MFA, least privilege, endpoint protection, patching.
• Awareness of ISO 27001, GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
• Experience managing SaaS applications, licenses, suppliers and integrations.
• Working knowledge of networking including VPNs, DNS and firewalls.
• Scripting/automation across macOS, Jamf or Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain Apple and Windows devices, Jamf Pro, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Manage user access, device configuration, patching, monitoring and backups.
• Monitor service health, security alerts and incidents; escalate with the Head of IT.
• Maintain asset records and documentation; support ISO27001 and GDPR compliance.
• Manage SaaS licenses, renewals and supplier relationships; report risks and costs.
