Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, service and operations goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, a flair for coaching, and the ability to manage retail operations including inventory and cash reconciliation in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point of sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
