Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Head of Multi-Asset & Adviser Solutions (MAAS) Technology in London. This senior role leads technology, data and analytics strategy to enable MAAS growth, partnering with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable capabilities.

You will own the MAAS technology roadmap, deliver major digital and analytics programs, ensure secure and well governed solutions, and develop a high-performing team across Investments, Technology, Data and Risk.

Qualifications

• Significant senior technology leadership experience within asset management, wealth management or broader financial services.
• Experience leading software engineering, product management, data, analytics or technology delivery organisations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Experience delivering complex digital, data, analytics or investment technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executi

• Define and deliver MAAS technology, data and analytics strategy.
• Own MAAS technology roadmap and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Lead development of technology capabilities supporting investment solutions, portfolio analytics and client insights.
• Ensure solutions are secure, well governed and scalable.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing technology, digital and analytics organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders across Investments, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
