Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Technical Lead for Front Office Asset Management technology. You will define and drive the technical roadmap, ensure platform stability, and lead complex modernization initiatives across the Front Office application portfolio.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, and advance AI-enabled capabilities, cloud adoption, and secure, scalable solutions. Hybrid work model with office presence 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions using AWS.
• Proven leadership of complex enterprise application landscapes.
• Ability to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps.
• Knowledge of security, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across Front Office applications.
• Lead design, development, and support of trading, investment and portfolio management solutions.
• Define roadmaps with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, resiliency, automation and AI capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and technical analysts; foster collaboration and excellence.
