Qualifications

• Knowledge of traffic management operations required.

Job Description:

FM Conway is looking for a M5 Traffic Management Operative to join our Traffic Light division based in Sevenoaks. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and night shifts available. As an M5 Traffic Management Operative, you will work as part of a team to set up temporary traffic lights, install, maintain, and remove traffic management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights
• Assisting with traffic diversions
• Maintaining and removing traffic lights within designated timeframes
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights
• Working with management and crews, following instructions
• Ensuring site safety and conducting on-site assessments
• Responding to emergencies and notifying relevant personnel
• Participating in out-of-hours on-call duties as scheduled

Requirements:

• Knowledge of traffic management operations
• Valid CSCS card
• Traffic management tickets such as Lantra, M1/2, M5, M6, 12AB Operatives, LTMO / TMF
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
