Job Description:

FM Conway is looking for a M1/M2 Traffic Management Operative to join our Traffic Light division based at our Egham depot in Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent position with day or night shifts available. As an M1/M2 Traffic Management Operative, you will work as part of a team to set up temporary traffic lights, install, maintain, and remove traffic management systems. Responsibilities include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights
• Assisting with traffic diversion
• Maintaining and removing traffic lights within deadlines
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights
• Collaborating with management and crews
• Ensuring site safety and conducting assessments
• Responding to emergencies and notifying relevant personnel
• On-call duties out of hours on a rota basis

Qualifications and skills required:

• Knowledge of traffic management operations
• Valid CSCS card
