Elsevier is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design and support collaboration solutions within the EUC team, reporting to the Systems Engineering Lead. You will drive the design and governance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, act as escalation point, and mentor others in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will champion governance, security, and scalable solutions across the M365 ecosystem while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value to colleagues

Competenze

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience working in delivery-focused or agile environments.
• Familiarity with Copilot or AI-enabled technologies.
• Experience administering collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
• Exposure to bulk email solutions like SendGrid.
• Understanding of governance, security, or compliance practices.

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment for performance, security, and compliance.
