Job summary

Itecopeople is seeking a skilled M365 Operational Support Engineer for a 6-month contract in the UK. The role is hybrid, with one day onsite in Buckinghamshire and four days remote, starting ASAP.

You will be hands-on in day-to-day support, administration, and management of an M365 tenant, focusing on collaboration and messaging technologies during a transition from on-prem to cloud. Ideal candidates have strong experience across M365 admin, Exchange Online, and Teams, including Teams

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and Teams telephony.
• Hands-on experience with M365 tenant administration in hybrid migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the M365 tenant.
• Support and manage Exchange Online and email services.
• Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams.
• Support and administer Teams Phone / Teams Telephony.
• Troubleshoot messaging, collaboration and user-related M365 issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests and operational issues through to resolution.
• Support ongoing management, stability and performance of the M365 environment.
• Collaborate with internal infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth operation.
