Job summary

Barclays seeks a Product Engineer for M365 Unified Collaboration & Gen AI to design, build, and support collaboration, automation, and AI-enabled solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role is hands-on, delivering secure, scalable outcomes that improve colleague experience and drive business value.

You will implement Copilot, AI agents, and integrations across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, aligning with Barclays engineering standards and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering M365 Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID and integration.
• Experience implementing RBAC, DLP, governance controls and secure operating models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure platforms to support applications and data systems.
• Monitor and improve incident response, reliability, and performance.
• Develop automated tasks and tooling to enhance efficiency.
• Implement secure configurations and protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to tech communities.
