Reply is seeking an M365 Consultant to secure and govern Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on information protection, data security, and compliance. You will work within a delivery team to implement Purview, Defender, and Entra ID, supporting client data governance across collaboration and analytics platforms.

The role is hybrid in Manchester or London, with client-facing workshops and advisory work to help organisations address evolving security challenges in the digital age.

Qualificações

• Holds a 2:1 degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams administration, and Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals.
• Practical experience implementing Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, retention, or compliance policies.
• Proven track record of delivering projects or platform changes, beyond routine operational support.
• Exposure to Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, or Insider Risk management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure Microsoft Purview solutions across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support data discovery, classification, and protection initiatives to enhance information security and compliance.
• Assist in deploying Defender for Office 365 with Safe Links/Attachments, anti-phishing, and anti-malware policies.
• Configure Defender for Cloud Apps to monitor data sharing and enforce controls.
• Maintain awareness of endpoint risk and integrate Defender with Conditional Access and Zero Trust strategies.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives across analytics platforms and environments.
• Collaborate with client IT/security teams and communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations effectively.
