Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. You will work with direct and sub‑contract labour, meet targets, and operate traffic control measures on site.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic lights, managing flow, interpreting CAD drawings, and ensuring safety and compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety at Work Act. Full UK driving licence and pass D&A check required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at the temp lights and ensuring public compliance.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Reporting plant and vehicle defects to site or operations manager.
