Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic lights, ensuring road safety and ensuring public compliance.

The candidate will work with direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines. Applicants should have Lantra Traffic Management Qualifications and be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations (M1/M2) or related roles.
• Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights at roads as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Report issues to site or operations manager promptly.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety at work in line with RAMS and method statements.
