Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in Sevenoaks area is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a busy team delivering on-site traffic management for major UK projects. You will set up temporary traffic lights, manage traffic flow, and ensure safety compliance.

You will read CAD traffic management drawings and work to RAMS, coordinating with site and operations managers. A Lantra TM qualification, valid UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to meet quality expectations.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware of RAMS and risk assessments.
• Reporting plant and vehicle defects.
