Job summary

Pinson TM Limited seeks Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. You will join a team responsible for site setup, traffic control, and on‑time delivery of projects in busy road environments.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic signals, managing flow, reading CAD drawings, and reporting to managers. Candidates must have Lantra TM qualifications, pass safety checks, and hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles.
• Be able to pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at the temporary lights and ensuring public compliance.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Reporting to site or operations manager as needed.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Ensuring safe working practices as outlined in RAMS and method statements.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
