Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. The role involves setting up temporary traffic signals, controlling traffic flow and ensuring public safety on site.

Candidates should hold Lantra Traffic Management qualifications, be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals to ensure public safety.
• Report any issues to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required timeframes.
• Assist with diversion of traffic and site access.
• Ensure the team works safely and to quality standards.
• Follow RAMS and method statements and risk assessments.
• Report plant and vehicle defects.
