Job summary

Paramount Personnel is seeking M1/M2 qualified Traffic Management Operatives for Exeter. You will set up temporary traffic lights, man road closures, and perform TM duties using a stop/go board.

Hours are Monday to Friday, day or night shifts; this PAYE role starts temporary and may become permanent after 3 months. Benefits include weekly pay, accrued holiday and pension contributions after qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Lantra M1/2 required; M5 ideal but not essential.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Good timekeeping and reliability.
• Willingness to work shifts outside normal hours.
• Willingness to carry out other tasks on request.
• Driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative – Exeter

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard
• Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

• Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
• CSCS card (Preferred)
• Good timekeeping skills
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
• Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

• £13.00 per hour
• Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights and Saturdays
• Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:
