Job summary

Paramount Personnel is seeking a M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative in the Bideford area. The role involves setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board as part of traffic management duties.

You should hold Lantra M1/2 (M5 preferred) and CSCS if possible, have excellent timekeeping, and be flexible to shifts outside normal hours. Driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential).
• CSCS card (Preferred).
• Good timekeeping skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours.
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request.
• Driving License (Preferred).

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Bideford area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of Traffic Management Operative should have:-

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard
• Good communication skills

Traffic Management applicants must have:

• Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
• CSCS card (Preferred)
• Good timekeeping skills
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
• Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 To £13.50 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
• Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
• Weekly Pay
• Overtime at overtime rates 150% after 40 hours/nights/weekends
• No umbrella payments or fees
• Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.

This will start as a temporary role, but will become permanent after 3 months.
