Job summary

Turner Lovell is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor for a North Scotland project. You will supervise site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works align with programme, safety and quality requirements.

The role supports a major infrastructure delivery with site accommodation provided. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will plan, resource and oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring a safe, on-time execution across multiple fronts while maintaining records and

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising M&E on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day M&E site activities.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Support planning and sequencing of M&E works in line with the project programme.
• Ensure labour, plant, materials, and technical information are available when required.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, or issues.
• Ensure works comply with RAMS, SHEQ and site requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily site briefings.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, engineers, subcontractors and project team.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress updates.
