Kensa in South-West London is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead the site delivery from installation through commissioning and handover on a demanding ground source heat pump project. You will be responsible for programme, quality and health and safety, collaborating with designers, suppliers and subcontractors to keep the works on track.

The role requires practical leadership of complex mechanical and electrical installations, with strong multi-discipline coordination, site safety

Qualificações

• Experience managing complex mechanical/building services on site.
• Ability to coordinate drawings, specs and interfaces to maintain programme.
• Proven track record in testing, commissioning and handover.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day M&E installations, including plant rooms, pipework and heat pumps.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plan work and manage interfaces to keep on programme.
• Review drawings and specs to resolve installation coordination issues.
• Ensure M&E and BMS integration and site safety compliance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
