Kensa in South-West London is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead the installation through commissioning on a high-profile ground source heat pump project. You will own the delivery programme, ensure health and safety, and coordinate designers, suppliers and specialist subcontractors to resolve issues before they affect progress.

Experience in complex building services and BMS integration is essential.

Formación

• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Manager (Black) card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• HNC/HND in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• IOSH, COSHH, CDM, fire safety or temporary works training where relevant to the role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day M&E installations, including plant rooms and ground source heat pumps.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep delivery on programme.
• Review drawings and specifications with the project team and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure mechanical plant, electrical services and BMS integration across the installation.
• Maintain high standards of site safety and workmanship, manage snagging and records.
• Oversee testing and commissioning through handover.
