Job summary

People Group is seeking a Site Project Manager for a UK energy infrastructure client, based in Battersea. You will provide day-to-day client-side assurance across three heat network delivery programs, coordinating civils and M&E interfaces and managing stakeholder and reporting controls.

You will drive programme delivery, monitor progress, QA/QC, safety, and handover readiness, while maintaining strong relations with local authorities and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering.
• Solid understanding of construction delivery and QA/QC.
• Experience with heat networks or utility interfaces is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Package delivery and contractor interface.
• Act as the day-to-day intelligent client interface for packages and scopes.
• Hold the Principal Contractor to account for programme, quality and safety.
• Drive schedule adherence and escalate issues with evidence and actions.
• Coordinate between contractors, design teams, operations and local authorities.
