Job summary

Savills is seeking a Lead Engineer to ensure the efficient delivery of the M&E services role at site, with a focus on compliance and high levels of service. The role requires strong leadership, planning of PPM and reactive tasks, and effective management of engineers and subcontractors.

You will coordinate with clients, oversee safety processes and site documentation while maintaining contract KPIs and ensuring timely, safe completion of works.

Qualifications

• Experience and competence in health and safety and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage others effectively and lead a team.
• Experience in a similar role at a comparable level.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract operation aligns with Health and Safety procedures, KPI targets and work instructions.
• Manage labour provision including timesheets, holidays and sickness planning for PPM and Reactive tasks.
• Oversee engineering staff, temp staff and sub-contractor inductions.
• Plan and sign off PPM and reactive works via the CAFM system and report on follow-on tasks.
