Job summary

Arcus FM Limited. is seeking an experienced M&E Shift Engineer (electrically biased) to join our facilities management team at the Sand Hutton site. The role covers PPM, reactive maintenance, and broader building services tasks.

You’ll work on a rotating day/night schedule delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs, with opportunities to perform related mechanical tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Essential: 18th edition
• On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance
• Emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, commercial mechanical works and fabric work
• Deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work
• Carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as needed

Skills

Multi-skilled M&E experience

Education

NVQ Level 3 - electrical

Time served apprenticeship on refrigeration or AC

2391 testing inspection
