The successful candidate will bring experience in M&E/MEP or related building services, strong cost-management skills, and a proactive approach to liaising with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in M&E/MEP or building services.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs across M&E projects from pre-contract to final account.
• Prepare and agree valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Cost reporting and monitoring project budgets.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and internal project team.
• Support commercial risk management across a varied project portfolio.
