Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E/MEP or related building services background.
• Strong commercial and cost management skills.
• Experience working across mechanical and/or electrical packages.
• Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Managing costs across M&E projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Cost reporting and monitoring project budgets.
• Liaising with clients, main contractors and the internal project team.
• Supporting commercial risk management across a varied project portfolio.
