Job summary

Bimplus, a leading MEP contractor, seeks an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in London. You will own commercial management of £10m–£15m M&E projects, oversee budgets and forecasts, subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

You will work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team, maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors, and drive cost reporting and financial forecasting with a view to delivering

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong experience working for an MEP/ME contractor.
• Experience managing projects in the £10m–£15m range.
• Strong knowledge of M&E subcontract packages and commercial management.
• Confident managing subcontractors, variations and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
