Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £40m+ M&E project in the East Midlands. You will manage cost control, variations, valuations and final accounts, with responsibilities spanning procurement, reporting and risk management.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £75,000-£85,000 plus package. Applicants should have proven M&E QS experience on large-scale projects and strong commercial awareness,

The Role

A leading M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project in the East Midlands.

The project has an M&E value in excess of £40m, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale M&E projects.
