James Lewis Recruitment is seeking a proactive M&E QA Supervisor for high-end central London projects. You will inspect mechanical, electrical and public health installations, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, ITPs and approved materials.

The role requires hands-on site work, collaboration with supervisors and managers, and proactive defect prevention through QA documentation and handover readiness.

Qualificações

• M&E QA, QA/QC, supervision or engineering experience in building services.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health installations.
• Eye for detail and confidence to challenge workmanship or documentation.
• Experience using drawings, specifications, RAMS, ITPs and check sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular QA inspections across M&E installations.
• Check works against drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers and QA teams.
• Raise and close out defects and non-conformances before they escalate.
• Support QA documentation, ITPs, check sheets and handover packs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental processes.
• Help drive better standards across installation and handover.
