Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor/Coordinator for a major M&E project in Luton. The role oversees QA, inspection, testing and handover activities across the site, collaborating with site management, engineers, subcontractors, client representatives and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E/building services background with QA/quality control or commissioning experience, plus excellent organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E/building services background with previous experience in a QA, quality control, commissioning or site-based coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple project stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QA and commissioning trackers.
• Carry out quality inspections of M&E installations and subcontractor works.
• Ensure works comply with specifications, drawings, technical submittals and relevant standards.
• Coordinate inspections, witness testing and trade-to-trade handovers.
• Identify and report defects with supporting photographic evidence.
• Coordinate QA and testing documentation through to handover.
• Produce testing look-ahead schedules and QA progress reports.
• Ensure red-line drawings and handover documentation are completed accurately.
