Hawkes Recruitment is partnered with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor to appoint an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple M&E projects from award through to completion.

This role requires strong project delivery, management of programmes, subcontractors, commercial aspects and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Essex / London-based role with salary competitive + package (DOE).

Responsabilidades

• Project Delivery: take ownership of M&E projects from pre-start through to final handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, suppliers and materials.
• Ensure project information is communicated to engineers and site teams.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and programme.
• Identify risks, delays and issues early and implement corrective actions.
