Job summary

Russell Taylor Group seeks a proactive M&E Project Coordinator to support delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across commercial clients. You will assist planning, procurement, cost tracking and handover, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes RAMS, safety compliance and accurate documentation, with a clear path for progression within facilities management and construction environments.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of building fabric and M&E coordination requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in CAFM or job management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical projects from initiation through to handover.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and allocation of engineers and subcontractors.
• Track costs, variations and programme requirements.
• Prepare RAMS, maintain safety/compliance docs and project records.
• Produce reports, trackers and handover documentation.
