Qualifications

• Must have pre-construction experience in M&E contracting or related project management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction phase for M&E projects, including planning and coordination.
• Review specifications, drawings and client requirements for feasibility.
