Village Hotel Club in Wales is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to work with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that every conference or event runs flawlessly, and that guests enjoy an outstanding time.

This fast-paced role requires a proactive, confident leader who can coordinate with multiple departments, motivate staff, and deliver a seamless conference and meeting experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure events run smoothly and guests have an outstanding time.
