Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is representing a major North American contractor seeking an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to lead design and build projects in Toronto. The role offers relocation support and a pathway to join a Tier 1 contractor on high-value schemes.

The package includes a basic salary of $165K - $185K (£90K - £100K), a profit-related bonus, a tax-free relocation package, and a pension scheme. This is a senior leadership position with significant client and site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as M&E Manager / Building Services Manager on design & build projects.
• Experience on large-scale projects (£25m+).
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Canada.
• Experience with main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor.

Responsibilities

• Review design information, sub-contractor tenders and lead meetings
• Provide support to the bid team during the pre-construction stage
• Support the site delivery teams and review MEP installations
• Develop relationships and support at commissioning stage
